Refund & Return Policy

At Mind In Motion (MIM), we take pride in delivering high quality products. Because many of our items are made to order, all sales are considered final.

Returns and refunds are only accepted in rare cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged Items  
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged product along with your order number so we can review the issue.

If the damage is verified, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion  
A replacement item  
A partial refund  
A full refund

Non Returnable Situations  
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following reasons  
Incorrect size ordered  
Change of mind  
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer  
Normal wear and tear  
Minor printing variations or slight color differences

Exchanges  
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please make sure to review sizing and product details before placing your order.

Shipping Issues  
Mind In Motion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
